Short walk to Box Hill Central Shopping Centre, Box Hill Railway Station and 109 Tram (Box Hill to Port Melbourne). 903 bus stops right at end of street and you can catch 903 to Wattle Park No 70 Tram (goes to City & Docklands) stop, Chadstone Shopping Centre (903 Bus Route Mordialloc to Altona). Other public transport - buses leave from Box Hill Central to Deakin University, Doncaster Shopping Town Centre or Forest Hills Shopping Centre. Train to Eastland Shopping Centre.
Room and unit are fully furnished, has TV antenna outlet in room. I can accommodate for your own furniture. There is a spare fridge for your use. You will be expected to share in housework.
