The total rent is $1430, and the rent is calculated with area ratio: each one pays for the full area of each room plus half of all the other areas. Thus, please note that you have half of the areas for each common space, or you could negotiate with the Laurier girl about how to share the spaces (for instance, she has a nice sofa and a coffee table in the living room at present).
