One private double room (2 people) is up for rent for a share house. The room comes fully furnished. Bed linen, pillows and blankets are available or use your own. The rooms are lockable for your security and privacy. 

Room comes 2 single beds but a double bed can be provided!

The property is around a 2 minute walk to Laburnum station which is 1 stop from Box Hill station with bus stops even closer (route 271, 279). 

Weekly rent of the room is $280 for two people ($140 each per person per week)

All bills and unlimited wireless internet are included in the rent.

Minimum stay of 6 months. Shorter stays are welcome but come at a higher price.

2 weeks rent in advance + Bond (amount of 2 weeks rent) required upfront. 

Tenants are required to clean up after themselves and to be respectful towards other tenants. No smoking indoors and no shoes inside.

Ducted heating available.
