I live in the Upper East Side on 82nd Street. I am a Chinese American male in my late 20s (recently graduated from grad school), and the girl living here is also in her 20s - recently graduated from NYU grad school.

The apartment gets ample sunlight. There is a bathtub with great water pressure. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms.

There are only 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. There is a 24-Hour CVS drugstore right across the street, and a Morton Williams supermarket less than one block away. The laundry mat is 20 feet from the apartment building.

The area is completely SAFE, has many nice restaurants, central park, Metropolitan museum and the East River Boardwalk only a few blocks away.

As I am quiet, considerate, responsible and respectful, I am looking for roommates who are the same.
